Trust, safety and quality are playing an increasingly important role in the selection of products. With „tasted by tasteTainment“ and the associated quality management system, you can ensure that your products meet the quality requirements before they are offered for sale or placed on the market. Quality monitoring throughout the entire sales period also ensures quality on the shelf.
Our experienced team, including wine experts, sommeliers, oenologists and Masters of Wine, is led by Markus Del Monego, Sommelier World Champion 1998, Master of Wine and a sworn expert in wine evaluation by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr and Oberhausen.
The sensory analyses are carried out in a blind tasting. The products are assessed in detail according to colour, aroma, taste and texture and are also evaluated using standard scoring systems (100 points/20 points). This sensory tasting provides information about whether the product has the typical characteristics, meets your quality specifications and is free from defects. The tasters make their judgement neutrally, independently and reproducible – for a valid and objective result!
